If you're looking for something fun, creative, and (let’s be honest) sanity-saving to keep the kids entertained over winter break, San Diego Junior Theatre has some one-day themed camps and a full slate of winter classes your kids will absolutely love.

​❄️ Winter Break Camps (Grades K–6) ​
Perfect for burning energy, sparking creativity, and giving you a little breathing room during the holiday chaos.

Here are this year’s themes:

  • 12/22 – Frozen Adventures in Arendelle
  • 12/23 – Wicked Winter
  • 12/29 – Star Wars: Into the Galaxy
  • 12/30 – Day of Disney

🕐 9am–3pm
💸 $100 for your first camp day, $75 for each additional day
📍Casa Del Prado, Balboa Park

🎬 Winter Theatre Classes (PreK–12) 🎭

Let your kids shine on stage (or just build a little confidence behind the scenes). Whether they’re new to theatre or already stage-savvy, San Diego Junior Theatre has something here for everyone:

Classes start the week of January 12 and run through March 22 and are offered after school Monday–Thursday, plus Saturday and Sunday mornings (excluding national holidays). Homeschool-friendly daytime classes are available too. Each class session ranges from $280 to $350, depending on the class you choose.
